Nightire is super low maintenance. It's best to machine wash your sleepwear (happy days!) inside out, at a gentle 30 degrees Celsius. Please steer well clear of tumble drying, bleaching and dry cleaning.

Note that your PJs will shrink a bit after the first wash, because the bamboo material is natural and unprocessed (just the way we like it). However, we’ve cleverly designed the PJs to fit you like a glove once they’ve had their first spin in the washer.

Whatever your heart desires. The sleepwear sets are best made for, as the name suggests, sleep. However, we have seen folks perform a variety of activities in them, ranging from cooking, hoovering the carpets, painting nails, watching Netflix on the couch, popping to the corner shop for a late-night chocolate run, or stretching through an early morning meditation session. It’s all about how you want to play it.

Please note - during busy times, holidays and big gifting periods, the delivery times might be longer. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about delays as this sits with the shipping company - we will, of course, do everything we can from our side to get your order off pronto. 

Also! Remember that if you have chosen monogramming, this will add around 2 working days to the turn around time, regardless of which shipping method you have chosen.

Customs & duties - what you should know: 

As we distribute out of the UK, all orders within the UK don’t have any payable duties. Now that BREXIT has come into play, if you're based in the EU, there will be import duties & taxes charged by your local customs authorities depending on the value of your order. Please double check these before placing your order.

Current EU regulations mean that import VAT & duties will be levied on all purchases over 22 EUR, which is around the 20% mark for most EU countries.

For orders to USA, duties should not apply as the threshold is really high, so unless you order a boatload of Nightire, which would be welcomed, this shouldn’t be an issue. Canadians, you're not so lucky we're afraid - duties will still apply for all imports from the UK.

No import duties or taxes are included in our pricing, so please check with your local customs office to understand these costs prior to purchase if you’re concerned, as you will be liable to pay for it if we ship to a country where this is required.

*If you fail to receive the order after the max delivery attempts have been reached depending on the shipper used, you will be liable for the cost of redelivery. If you do not notify us within 3 months of the order being placed that the parcel has still not arrived, then we cannot be held liable for redelivering / refunding the parcel accordingly.

Note that to be able to return or exchange an item, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Our returns & exchange policy is currently 30 days from date order is dispatched. If a month has gone by since your purchase and we haven’t heard from you, we’ll presume that you’re both happy and comfy and will no longer offer a refund or exchange. Monogrammed items cannot be refunded or exchanged. 

You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost of your return (in whichever way, shape or form suits you best), where shipping fees are non-refundable. We’ll let you know as soon as we have received your returned package and your exchanged item will be sent back to you via standard post free of charge. 

Depending on your address, the time it may take for your exchanged item to reach you may vary. Please contact us with any questions about the progress of your exchange. 

Nightire can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and recommend using a tracking service so you can claim for a refund from the courier if undelivered. For a refund, we will notify you of the approval or rejection (if the goods are damaged) of the refund, and we will process the credit accordingly. Card refunds can take up to 10 working days depending on your bank’s processing time – please note that we are unable to influence this.

Note that returned sets will need to be sent back to our address in London, UK.

We offer a mending service if there is anything wrong with your PJs within the first couple of months of use (although there shouldn't be), to help reduce wastage. 

We’re glad you asked. Fabric made from bamboo is incredibly soft with a texture like silk – smooth and luxuriously comfortable – but also, surprisingly, very strong. Bamboo fabric keeps you dry as it absorbs and evaporates sweat real quick, which keeps you comfortable in all temperatures (g’bye night sweats). That’s why it’s termed by some as ‘air conditioned clothing’. Bamboo is also antibacterial, which means the material stays fresher and odour-free longer, for a more hygienic and healthier you.

As if that’s not enough, bamboo is also extremely enviro-friendly. Why? Because it thrives naturally without using any pesticides or fertilisers. It is seldom eaten by pests or infected by pathogens and requires no watering to survive. Bamboo is the fastest growing plant in the world and is 100% biodegradable. Another benefit (because there aren’t enough already, right?) is that it releases a significant amount of oxygen into the air, even more than trees. So, planting bamboo can help reduce carbon dioxide into the air and basically help save the planet.

If you have sensitive or allergy prone skin, you have come to the right place. Bamboo fibre is smooth and round, which means it’s a non-irritant, and it lacks the harsh chemical treatments that can irritate the skin.

We’ve mentioned the durability of bamboo, which means the fabric is super practical and easily washable. The naturally antimicrobial nature of the bamboo means it retains its antifungal, anti-bacterial nature even after processing into the fabric and after numerous washes.

The styles are all made in-house by the Nightire team and all details & finishes have been painstakingly thought through and sense-checked for your optimum sleeping comfort.

Our Nightire sets are made in China by a company that specialises in sleepwear and is ISO9001 certified (which basically means they consistently provide products and services that is of excellent quality, and their manufacturing practices are ethical - this is audited by an external party on an annual basis). The fabric is sourced and made up from scratch by a bamboo specialist supplier in China as well. The bamboo fabric is FSB approved and the thread is 100% organic certified, so you know it’s the real deal.

Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments will allow you to spread the cost of your purchase over 3 equal payments. The payment for each instalment will automatically be collected from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout. Klarna may run so-called unrecorded enquiries (or soft credit searches) that do not affect credit scoring and are only visible to you and Klarna, but not visible to other lenders. Neither Klarna nor Nightire run credit searches against you that could impact your credit rating.

Although the payment options are widely promoted it is not always universally available. They are automatically generated by algorithms that are dependent upon a number of factors including amount of order, the online store, previous order history and item availability. Alternatively, you are able to complete your order by paying by credit or debit card at the checkout.

You can pay with debit or credit card immediately in the checkout or take advantage of our Pay later in 30 days payment option, where you can pay for the goods once you have received them via credit card or debit card. OR

Payment for your Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments will automatically be collected from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout. The first payment is taken when the order is confirmed. The second and third instalments are collected 30 and 60 days, respectively, after the first instalment. 

You can always monitor your outstanding payments in the Klarna app.

As soon as Nightire have accepted your cancellation/return, then Klarna will cancel the statement or refund your payment. The return will be reflected in the Klarna app immediately. 

Payment is due 30 days after the item is shipped. To help you pay on time, we'll alert you two days before payment is due – you'll receive a push notification from the Klarna app or email reminders to pay – and, if very late, we’ll also send you a text or letter, too. Your credit score will not be impacted by using Klarna’s ‘Pay later in 30 days’ products even if you have failed to pay on time.

You can pay for your order at any point after you receive the email from Klarna with the details of your payment on. Just follow the instructions on this email or in the Klarna app to pay for your order.

If you pay by card, Nightire will confirm your order right away. If paying by Pay later in 30 days, Klarna will send you a payment confirmation to the email address that you have used for your order. If you have made a payment but not received the payment confirmation, you can always check the status of your order and payments by logging in to the Klarna app or​www.klarna.com​/uk.

You have 30 days to pay, so you don’t need to pay right away. If your due date is near and there is no sign of your goods, please contact Nightire to check on delivery. You can also contact Klarna’s Customer Service so that we can postpone the due date on your payment or put the order on hold in the Klarna app while you wait for the goods to arrive.

As soon as the store has registered your cancellation or your return, the refund will be processed within 5 business days.

If you have paid for your order with a card, the refund will be made back to the same card. If you have not paid the statement yet, then the refund will reduce the statement or cancel it completely.
